Return Policy

Most items carry a 10-day return policy

Defective items can be returned for an exchange only. Prior to returning an item you must open a ticket by simply emailing us at returns@letswearit.com for an authorization and instructions on how to return an item.

Please note that the customer is always responsible for the costs associated with returning an item. If we send the wrong item to you we will refund you the shipping cost that you paid when you ordered with us and you will be responsible to ship the item back to us before the correct item is shipped to you. We will ONLY accept merchandise in its original packaging and condition.

Regarding orders shipped via our expedited services (obtained via email requests,) we will not be obliged to refund any extra expedited shipping costs.

Chain of Custody:

This Merchant is not responsible for packages that are lost or damaged during shipping. No shipping company can garauntee items shipped with them and neither can we. Once the merchandise has left our warehouse or our suppliers warehouse it becomes the property of the customer and as such, the customer will be responsible for any orders lost.
